Andrew couldn’t believe his good fortune (and timing); his first day of work at Kicking Horse Coffee found him canoeing down the Columbia River on the annual summer fun day. Once he learned that Elana did not actually work in Packaging but signed his weekly paycheck, things have gotten a lot smoother for him. Overseeing our facility maintenance in addition to our growing commercial equipment accounts, handy Andy has really raised the bar on customer service, redefining how far some people will go to make sure that our customers (internal and external) remain happy!
Fred
What can be said about our Czech Mate?! A recruit from the Lumber industry, Fred is responsible for keeping all our production equipment from self destructing as we continue to pump out record poundage. Fred is not sure what is more dangerous… dealing with a temperamental packaging machine, or working with Janet if things go sideways in the morning. An avid practical joker and accomplished artisan, Fred picks up a few extra dollars on the side, making local handy-crafts for Village arts under a Mexican pseudonym.
